Zander Veccia was drafted by the Mississauga Steelheads in the third-round (43rd overall) of the 2020 OHL Priority Selection. The Ridgetown, Ontario native skated in 166 games for the Trout, recording 97 points (38G, 59A), alsoappearing in 16 playoff games, totaling 7 points (3G, 4A).
